1. The chain of command is to be followed at all times. If you are in command, you lead. If you are not in command, you follow. Battles are won through coordination and cooperation. The only time a ranking officer will take command is in two situations: (1) there is no one leading the squad(s), and (2) the person leading either does not want to lead any more or has no idea what to do, then ranking officers can advise. This also falls under Pecking Order policy in the Rules of Conduct.
2. Respect each other at all times. Every outfit member has value and contributes to the success of the unit. If you disagree with a fellow member, confine arguments to personal messages. Don't make it public or an officer will resolve it for you.
3. Do nothing to discredit the Outfit. Remember, each of us is an example to others of our Outfit and as such are responsible for establishing a good reputation. Those who conduct themselves in a manner considered to be disgraceful or disrespectful may be removed from the Outfit by a senior officer.
4. If an outfit squad is listed, every effort should be made to join it. Continued refusal to join Outfit squads can be interpreted as a refusal to support the outfit, and may result in dismissal from the Outfit. Three strikes and you’re out.
5. All Raging Primates squads will have the Outfit name in the squad title.
6. Squad Leadership should be given to those members in the following order:
a. Outfit members actively working on CR5
b. Outfit members actively working on CR4
c. Outfit members actively working on CR3
d. All others
7. Non-Outfit members will NEVER be an RP Outfit squad leader. Prior to the last Outfit squad member logging off, they will remove the RP name from the squad listing.
8. Outfit recalls can be called by Outfit leadership (Colonels, Generals, and the Outfit Leader). Squad and Platoon recalls may be initiated by the respective squad/platoon leaders. Anytime an Outfit recall is initiated, all Outfit members are required to comply. Requests for exemption must be approved by the initiating member. Continual failure to follow recalls will be considered grounds for removal from the Outfit.
9. Raging Primates is ALWAYS recruiting and looking for quality members. Each of us is a recruiter and should continually be recruiting.
10. TeamSpeak is mandatory for Officers and Squad Leaders. TeamSpeak is NOT mandatory for membership, but no promotion above Private will be possible without it.
11. Outfit members will participate in Outfit events such as training, recalls, gen-holds, etc. The only exception to this is if you have orders from a General saying you are needed somewhere else.
